Important Booking Information
What do the rates displayed include?
The rates published are per room on bed & breakfast basis per night.
What do I need to do BEFORE I confirm the booking?
Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and phone number where you (or your clients) can be reached.
What do I need to do AFTER I confirm the booking?
Please send an email to reservations@helengeli.net, providing us with your international arrival and departure flight details AT LEAST 7 days prior to your arrival. Without this information we will not be able to arrange your transfers from the airport to the resort.
What kind of transfers do you provide?
We provide seaplane transfer (15 minutes journey time) between Male International Airport and Helengeli. Seaplane transfers can be guaranteed only if the arrival and departure flights are provided to Helengeli Reservations at least 7 days before arrival.
Please note that we DO NOT provide night transfers. All transfers are done the same day only for international flights arriving between 7.00am and 3.00pm. For flights arriving after 3.00pm, guests will have to make arrangements to stay the night at the Hulhule Aiport Hotel or other hotels in Male and take the transfer the next morning. The resort can assist with such bookings.
